Improve Your Life with Just 10 Minutes
Give Yourself the Gift of 10 Minutes in the Morning
We're all rushing around feeling too busy and too stressed out. Yet one simple gift to yourself can dramatically improve your sense of well-being. It costs no money, yet it's one of the best investments in yourself you can make. It's just taking 10 minutes in the morning for yourself.
The idea is to set aside these brief minutes in the morning to stretch and spend time in quiet. Do this when you first get up. Stretching helps you wake up and simply makes your body feel good. Raise your arms over your head and reach for the sky, then let your arms down slowly to your side. Do this several times, breathing deeply as you raise your arms over your head. Do a lunge stretch, a wonderful thing to help get the hips more flexible to combat the time spent sitting at a desk or in the car. If you know yoga, do a few of the positions.
After stretching, try sitting quietly for a few minutes. Close your eyes and relax, releasing thoughts from your mind. Simply be still. You'll be amazed at how doing this even for a minute can help you feel centered and prepared for the rest of your morning routine and the day ahead.
You'll find this little gift to yourself will improve your mood and help you feel more energetic. All in just ten minutes!

I just printed hard copies of most of your articles for my dad, and he was very impressed with everything. He was so enjoying the quality of your writing that it was hard for him to pick a favorite. He totally enjoyed everything he read.
